Shipping & returns
We try to ship all order with in 24-48 hours, most ship same day if ordered before midday. We ship from 4 or more different locations and try to use the one with shortest shipping time, however we don't always have every item at every location. If that is the case, the order maybe shipped in more than one package at no charge to you.
Please contact us in 24-48 hours if you received a damaged package or item so we can help you with replacment or warranty. After this time frame it makes some things hard to file a claim on.
We try our best to work with you above and beyond.
We can return some unopened unused items if in the original packaging. Batteries , Electrical, & Special ordered items can not be retuned for refund or credit. We can help you with warranty replacement if it applies to your item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee of 25% on new and opened, used, or damaged returns we accept.
We don't accept returns or return packages without prior rma process.
By placing a order with cartszone.com online or over the phone you agree to our return policy. We do NOT REFUNDSHIPPING CHARGES unless it was wrong part error on our part.
