Retuned Products

By placing a order with online or over the phone you agree to our return policy. We do NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless it was wrong part error on our part. All returned parts must be shipped pre-paid Some items can only be exchanged from 30 days of purchase by email or calling us for a rma number. All returns without a rma number will be refused. All parts or items must be in original condition. All returns are subject to a 25% re stocking fee due to our suppliers policies.

All returned parts must be shipped pre-paid no cod packages. Items must be in there original condition, any items with signs of damage or installation error will not be refunded, exchanged or credited to you. Custom products are non-returnable. Items that are wrong due to misinformation on your part, cannot be returned.

Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or connected to a power supply, or unsealed for ANY reason. This includes, but is not limited to electric motors, electronic speed controllers, all switches of any type, solenoids and relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, coils, ignitors, voltage regulators, and starter/generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. These items or products are not returnable or exchangeable, lift kits, cargo box's, custom order parts. If you are having trouble ordering a part please call us so when can help you choose the right part. If your package arrives damaged, report it to the Delivery Service immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report. Returned product(s) must be boxed with the sufficient packing to protect the contents. Products damaged due to your poor packing will NOT be accepted for credit or exchange. Include your name, address, daytime phone number and order number along with the original credit card number. If you ordered the wrong product by mistake please let us know what product you would like to have in exchange. There are NO cash refunds and credit refunds will only be made to the card account for the original purchase. You may send the package back with a RMA number, either via UPS or Federal Express ground service only. Again we do not refund shipping cost unless we sent you the wrong part. Once we receive the return, we will then process the return and promptly issue a credit or refund. We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part. Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise. This amount may be less than the original payment based on condition of the items returned. is not responsible for ANY labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of the wrong or defective parts or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions in the appropriate service manual by a qualified repair technician.
